Every year, Madrid’s sport is dressed up to pay tribute to those who inspire with their effort, talent and dedication. The Seven Stars of Sport Awards recognize exemplary careers and projects that promote physical activity in the Community of Madrid. In this edition, Capa Sculptures has once again had the privilege of participating with the creation of the awards that symbolize these achievements.

Recognition of excellence and values in sports in Madrid

Awarded by the Community of Madrid, they recognize the merit of individuals and sports entities that have stood out for their contribution to the development of sports activities and represent values such as effort, self-improvement and commitment.

Unique trophies as a symbol of merit
Each award has been created in our workshop as a personalized sculpture, made one by one using the lost wax casting technique. This artisanal process, with centuries of history, allows us to obtain unique pieces, with a level of detail and finish that reflects the importance of the recognition.

In this project, in addition, patinated bronze has been used, a noble, resistant and durable material that adds character and symbolizes the commitment to sport. From the initial modeling to the final patina, each stage of the process has been carried out manually in our facilities, which guarantees the utmost care in each piece.
In Capa Esculturas, we understand these awards as trophies, but also as sculptural works that condense the talent, dedication and values of those who receive them. This project has given us again the opportunity to put our technique and service to the most outstanding sports recognition of the Community of Madrid.
